Our agency was founded in 1967 by my father, Bernie Cohen, who built the business on a simple belief: insurance should be rooted in integrity, trust, and strong community relationships. For decades, he proudly served families in Bayside and the surrounding communities, helping multiple generations protect what matters most.

In 1989, I joined the agency and had the privilege of working alongside my father. That experience shaped how I approach this business today—focused on personal service, honest guidance, and long-term relationships rather than transactions. When Bernie retired in 2000, I carried the agency forward, continuing the same commitment to care and reliability that he established from the beginning.

Today, Sean Cohen Insurance Agency is supported by a dedicated team, including Alexia and Aileen, who help ensure every client receives responsive, knowledgeable service.
